Peter Hicks, born in 1966 in Port Hedland, grew up in a modest family. Limited opportunities in his parents' generation inspired his determination to succeed. With a welding apprenticeship and experience on the Newman Hedland Highway, he established a career in civil construction and later founded his own company. Hicks actively participates in projects, building trust with his team. He also serves as Chairman of the Murujuga Aboriginal Corporation, working toward positive change for his community.

These robotic booms are transforming mining shutdown preparation. Tammy, a Nyiyaparli/Paylku woman, is committed to supporting the Pilbara Aboriginal community and serves on native title boards. The company's name is a tribute to her daughters, Kingston and Shakira.
