Their holistic approach aids individuals in establishing micro-businesses based on their passions, focusing on empowerment, particularly for women and Indigenous entrepreneurs. Managing Director Petina Tieman is highly experienced and recognized for advocacy work. Serving over 300 clients yearly, they operate across diverse industries and regions.

Peter Hicks, born in 1966 in Port Hedland, grew up in a modest family. Limited opportunities in his parents' generation inspired his determination to succeed. With a welding apprenticeship and experience on the Newman Hedland Highway, he established a career in civil construction and later founded his own company. Hicks actively participates in projects, building trust with his team. He also serves as Chairman of the Murujuga Aboriginal Corporation, working toward positive change for his community.

KingKira Group, a 100% Aboriginal and Female-owned business in Western Australia, offers innovative solutions in the mining and resources sector. Founded by Tammy O'Connor in 2014, the company provides Industrial Services, Equipment and Labour Hire, Maintenance, and KingKira Booms. These robotic booms are transforming mining shutdown preparation. Tammy, a Nyiyaparli/Paylku woman, is committed to supporting the Pilbara Aboriginal community and serves on native title boards. The company's name is a tribute to her daughters, Kingston and Shakira.
